広島ウェンディ京橋川/Hiroshima’s Wendy Kyoubashigawa

It is one of the student dormitories for Hiroshima YMCA language school, but unlike Puthipa Ooshiba(details in other post), it was noisy, dark and dirty. What really made me lose it was a rat problem however, even nowadays when I hear faint noises in an apartment, I already think if it is not a rat. Yes, it traumatized me, that is Japan student dormitories for you, that was a huge red flag. When I contacted the school, they just put a repellent there. I warned them it would not work when the rat is too hungry, and they did not listened. I endured a lot of things because I still needed to complete my Japan course. Of course, the rat came back later, I actually saw the rat face inside my kitchen cabinet , and made the school find me a decent place later (Puthipa Toshiba). However, it took a while for me to be able to change, and due to the rat terror, I could not properly study for the JLPT N1, the school usual activities, rest properly to endure an environment with noisy people which sometimes did light bullying and of course I failed N1 later. Later I passed in front of of the building before moving to Sapporo, and to my surprise the entrance was dark and the door glass was broken. The rat may actually helped me after all because I was not there when it was becoming worse than it was. Other negative points include: It was full of mould in the small balcony with the washing machine.

The only plus side was the price, around 30000 (as puthipa ooshiba), the apartment itself was nice even if small (small is a standard in Japan). It was pretty close to the school, supermarkets and a park as well. It was almost in the city center. It had an auto lock as well.
