Unilifeについての裏面/The truth about Unilife

It was recommended by one of my schools as a real state agency. It turned out which not only their prices were high, but the service quality was poor. When I arrived in my new apartment, “prepared by Unilife so you do not have to worry a thing”, the main lamp burned out and I in a hurry identified and changed it, the toilet flush switch did not returned by itself to the proper position (infinite flushing), the “happy internet” drops many times a day and there was no water in the bathroom (and I had an important appointment that day). What is worse, when I called Unilife and from there the manager of the building called me, he kept saying which there was a button to turn on water, even with me many times saying there was not, and he even said to me because I was already angry and confused by so many sudden things happening (specially bad with autism) to “speak slower” instead of “sorry, but could you speak slower?”. It turned out after a repair guy was sent, which I was right and there was no button, the building management did not knew which in my apartments there was a new model of faucet. What kind of management of property do not know what there is in their own properties? Perhaps it is an “unmanagement” company?

I researched and actually Leopalace may be the same, but also found reviews mentioning they found eventually a good real state agency, so it may be possible. Perhaps the Japanese real state market is out of control and they do whatever they want with the customer? It was similar as in Brazil.
