He is a surgeon from Brazil city of Fortaleza, state of Ceara. His prices were expensive, and the customer service from his reception was rude for the high price. When I complained, instead of being thankful for the opportunity to improve, he accused me of a lot of things I never said and said he would not do my surgery, even if I had already paid an expensive consultation. In the end it was beneficial, as I searched and found other doctor which was cheaper, gentler and had similar results.
